Recently, the world’s most influential award on technology business-MIT Technology Review’s “World’s Most Innovative Companies” was revealed, in which Hanergy Holding Group, the Chinese leading thin-film PV enterprise, ranked the 23rd place. Also on this year's list are Tesla, Google, Samsung, BMW, Amazon, etc.

50 companies enter the list this time. And by virtue of its world-leading thin-film PV technology and unique innovative ideas, Hanergy is the only Chinese enterprise named in the energy field.

The awarded companies are all nominated by the editors' team of MIT Technology Review. The selection criteria focus on three aspects: whether companies launch extremely innovative technologies and services; the effectiveness of the commercialization of companies; innovations; whether companies; innovations change the competition pattern in the industry. The nomination of "World's Most Innovative Companies"; covers various areas including energy material, Internet and digital media, computer communication, biological medicine, transportation, etc. The companies named are all the representatives with breakthrough initiatives in their field. Hanergy's appearance on the list is not only the recognition of Hanergy's innovative development pattern of high-tech plus energy and its thin-film PV technology, but also the high approval of that thin-film PV is the PV industry's development direction, and that its development speed will certainly far exceed the current expectation sometime in the future.
