Sales Operation/Logistics Manager
Responsibilities:

Responsible for sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes and reporting.

Order management - support sales activities including generating quotations, creating sales order, supporting contract review process and obtaining approval from Headquarter.

Coordinate with corporate sales operations to ensure correct product configuration, product availability and allocation for PO delivery.

Work closely with logistics to provide shipment status update to customer. Provide flash test report to customer if needed prior to product delivery.

Sales data analysis - update sales summary report for all orders. Summarize data and perform data analysis to update management and Headquarter as needed.

Assists in AR collection and manage AR summary report.

Support customer service team on warranty claim and RMA activities.

Act as a liaison/partner between the Sales Team and other internal departments such as Accounting, Finance, Legal, Product Management and etc.

Managing project cash flow, loan drawdown process, and support all financial questions regarding current operating projects.
Job Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree
-
At least 3 years of solar system design experience

Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales support, preferably in solar, semiconductor or technology industry

Knowledge and experience in operation and logistics management

Experience interfacing with customers on PO and sales order confirmation, shipment delivery update, AR collection and other account support activities

Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with cross-functional teams

Bilingual (Mandarin Chinese) is a plus for collaboration with HQ
